Mama, you have a deep knowing that motherhood is medicine for our world and that your own purpose/ dharma is birthed through it 

Women are remembering motherhood as the sacred portal into life, evolution, contribution and wholeness. Women are reclaiming their own unique dharmas and purpose as part of their motherhood. 

And yet we are walking with the heaviness of generations of mothers carrying martyrdom, who were told there was no room for them and their gifts and essence in motherhood. They were told motherhood wasn’t spiritual...

We are also emerging from a time where women felt they had to focus on producing in the world, the boss babe, who forgot about the presence needed to really Be Mother. who lost herself in the process. 

 

In our nervous systems mamas are carrying the contradictory expectations of society. And life the cosmos collective evolution is inviting us to rewire what motherhood feels like from the inside. 

 

To feel the joy spark in our hearts when laughing in the forest with our children. To have the space to lay on the floor with our little one booping each others noses. To be able to slow down and support repatterning a generational pattern so something new can emerge. To feel an inspiration to create an offering, to write, to cook from an upsell of energy from deep inside.

Mamas, we need each other in this reclaiming. 


This will be a day of personal, relational and group process. We will work with our bodies, our souls, the divine goddess guides of motherhood, and our nervous & attachment systems.
